In news from the London & SE Regional Women’s League (Premier Division), Denham United First beat Hemel Hempstead 7-1  in the FA Cup Game! Denham United First  sits in the fifth position in the league table, while Hemel Hempstead follows in the seventh spot.

Hanwell Town U12 A won 10-1 against Junior Meads U12 in the West Middlesex & Hayes Youth Football League (Under 12 Premier Division). This  win see’s Hanwell Town undefeated all season with 4 games in hand. Hanwell Town U12 B won 3-1 against Bedfont Eagles U12 in the West Middlesex & Hayes Youth Football League. This win puts them top of the table.

The Old Actonians U13 played Whetstone at Gunnersbury Park this last weekend in the Middlesex County Cup 4th round.  Whetstone had been very successful in the Watford League, so the the Old Actonians knew that this game would be a test of their character. In the second half, Whetstone equalized the score, and pulled ahead shorty there after. However in a turn of events, The Old Actonians came back to even the score with just minutes left, putting the game into over time. Unfortunately, no one scored in overtime leading both teams to dreaded penalties. After Whetstone’s third attempt was a miss,  the Old Actonians went wild!
